Which intake should you choose?
If you are looking for the most possible power from the intake, please choose the SRI version. This will allow much more flow to the turbo. This intake produces a significant increase in noise vs. the CAI version but is less restrictive.
If you are looking for a beautiful intake that produces more power than stock but is also really quite, choose the CAI version with the Carbon Fiber Airbox. Due to being a closed airbox design with a 3" inlet, you are going to take in less air than a straight cone filter. Less air = less power. Still more power than stock of course. The extension also helps keep the noise down.
A big complaint of any other intake on the market is noise, and this is one way to keep the noise levels quite low while getting a bump in power vs. stock.
SRI = Max Power, noisier, still looks nice :)
CAI = Quiet, more power than stock and great to look at
